Nature: An Eternal Source of Inspiration

Hello friends,

Today, I want to talk about a source of inspiration undying over the centuries which never failed poets to raise its exquisite beauty or anthropomorphize with qualities or flaws or even create a beautiful fantasy world with its unique features;

Nature

We all know several poems on the theme of nature and many poets over the ages have used this divine creation to endow their fine words with magic to either spread their beauty or illustrate humanly feelings, qualities, flaws and their behavior. One well furnished example would be John Keats’ Ode on Melancholy where the poet metaphorizes nature in various ways notably to indicate the state of melancholy and other emotions. However, my poem is more simple in appeal and understanding, reflecting my way of getting inspired from Nature. I also present to you the poem in French and a translation in English both poetically written and telling the same story, to reach a larger audience.
